THE CONSERVATIVES

The Conservatives are often seen as the oldest political party in the world (although the US Democrats might dispute this). Standing as a right-wing party, they are often seen to be traditionalist, with their main base consisting of older people and those in rural areas. However, that’s not to say that they don’t have a young members wing!
The Conservatives are currently the second-largest party in terms of seats and were the party of Government until the last election.
